A heavy duty build in welded hanger for supporting timber joists, trussed rafters, beams and structural timber from masonry walls, with a return flange which hooks over the brickwork/blockwork, providing additional support. Made from 2.5mm mild steel and hot dipped galvanised after manufacture to BS729:1971, eliminating corrosion. Requires 600mm of cured brickwork/blockwork above the hanger before loading. N.B. All hangers for timbers 150mm and above are manufactured 10mm shallower than the joist size to accommodate regularised timber.
