If you have an issue with your order, wherever possible please let us know within 24 hours to ensure quick resolution.  Please see our returns policy below for specific details:

If we’ve not despatched what you ordered:

  1. Let us know at support@interfix.co.uk.We’ll need:
    1. Your Name
    2. A reference number (your order number, our order number, or our delivery note number)
    3. Details of the issue
  2. We’ll investigate, then arrange free collection and replacements, or a full refund.

If a product is damaged, faulty, or not as described:

  1. Let us know at support@interfix.co.uk. We’ll need:
    1. Your Name
    2. A reference number (your order number, our order number, or our delivery note number)
    3. Details of the issue
    4. Photos of the damage or issue if possible
  2. We’ll investigate, then arrange free replacements or a full refund.

If you no longer require a product:

Please note: Items you return must be unused and in the condition they were received in. Unfortunately we can’t refund any delivery charges.

  1. Let us know at support@interfix.co.uk. We’ll need:
    1. Your Name
    2. A reference number (your order number, our order number, or our delivery note number)
    3. The products you wish to return
    4. The reason for the return (e.g. over-ordered)
  2. We’ll look into your order and reply (normally within one working day). There may be a collection charge depending on the circumstances.
  3. When the goods are back with us, we’ll process your refund.
