A grade 304 austenitic stainless steel masonry to timber tie used in timber frame structures to secure the brickwork or blockwork cladding to the timber frame. The main feature of this tie is that it can absorb substantial vertical movement between the brickwork/blockwork, whilst still performing its structural function. Suitable for up to 4 storey buildings and 50mm cavities, conforming to B.S. DD140. Supplied as standard with stainless steel ring shank nail.
